It happened just a few days ago to me again. Of course configuring a PPPoE connection on the Tomson ST 585 isn&#8217;t very hard, but the IPTV connection is currently undocumented. EPT can update the configuration via the remote administration feature of the Thomson ST 585, but it takes some time, which is really annoying. I think I will need to document how to setup the IPTV configuration without the help of the EPT helpdesk.
